Our commitment to treating people with respect and acting with integrity guides everything we do as a company. We have high ethical standards governing the way we conduct our business, standards that we also apply to our suppliers and business partners. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics reflects our culture and values, and the principles that guide our behavior. Our employees use these standards to understand what is required of them, get help when needed, and make good decisions.
We believe our people want to do the right thing. Our role is to take complex rules and regulations and translate them into business processes and principles that are easy to understand and apply. In so doing, we enable our people to make better and faster decisions, and we prevent compliance issues from arising.
We build trust through strong governance and consistent application of our policies, encouraging people to speak up when they see something wrong, and protecting those that do from retaliation. We encourage anyone that is aware of, or has a concern about, compliance with our Code, policies, or the law to speak up. We provide multiple ways to report concerns, including through our Concern Line, which is available for anyone to report concerns at any time. Our Reporting and Investigations Policy describes how we handle such concerns. Importantly, our policies prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
